Notes from Annual Cabin Meeting (not the official minutes).

• Initial Week selections have been made.  Web calendar is updated.
• Week pricing remains fixed at full amount.  You may purchase any unclaimed week for it's published price at any time.  Unclaimed weeks will be discounted 2 weeks prior to start date.
• Additional details may be  forthcoming to address rules/procedures to avoid potential conflicts.
• Dog Rules committee will be formed to include 1 member from each partner family.
• Partner family, please submit your Dog Committee person name and email address.
• Doodle scheduler will be put out to committee to choose a date
• Meeting can be held at Cottonwood Country Club conference room (same place as Partners meeting).
• Jason Jenson (Landward family) will assist with evaluating the roof once the snow melts.
• Everybody took the same Spring Cleaning assignments.
