Hello Family, 

Just wanted to remind everyone that payment for each family’s assessment and any weeks reserved are due today, June 1.  Please see instructions below. I apologize for not getting the reminder out sooner.  Let’s all give a big shout of THANKS to Jenny for keeping all the finances in order.  Also, I've heard from Landwards and Poultons that their cleaning assignments have been completed.  If your assignment has been done, thank you.  I know some of you are completing them when you are up there for your week or are in town.  Thanks for all the love everyone gives the cabin.  

TWO WAYS TO PAY (Note: 2021-2022 Assessment is $1000)
1. Preferred way is PayPal. Account is richardscabintreasurer@gmail.com.  Type of payment is “send to friends and family” (choose this option to avoid fee).  
2. Pay by check.
a. Families/individuals send their check to their Cabin Partner.
b. Cabin Partner writes one check payable to “Richards Pines Property, LLC” and mail check to:  Jenny Ferry, 5550 Geneva Way, Stansbury Park, UT 84074
