We say goodbye and thank you to Paul Fotheringham, and welcome Mike for 2018.

DUES

Voted to raise family assessment from $500 --> $750 to cover future improvements.

• Treasurer will set up "sinking fund" for additional monies.
• Fund will be separate from operation costs and controlled by cabin partners.

CALENDAR WEEKS / PRICING

Initial week selections have been made.  Jenny updated online calendar.

• 5-tier pricing of weeks remains the same.
• Unclaimed weeks may be purchased at published prices at any time.
• 2-weeks prior to start, unclaimed weeks will drop to $75/wk or $50 (weekend only).

PETS AT CABIN

• Pet cost is $10/day or $50/week.  Send payment to Jenny Ferry.
• Pets MUST remain in basement with door shut.  They can use the porches, but when outside, must be contained.  When going on Pines property, dogs must remain "on leash".  Pet owners are 100% liable for any damage to property or other persons.

CLEANING ASSIGNMENTS

• Everybody took the same Spring Cleaning assignments.
• Ranch Work Days (Robb and Lee families assigned): June 9, June 16, August 11.
